1. Fix some pages that did not get properly renamed in the previous commit (details / githubweb)
2. Implement a new tag for staffs in books instead of reusing the staff tag (details / githubweb)
3. Disable sorting on the staff pages, the order just looks better without sorting (details / githubweb)
4. Implement a few currently unused variabe types (details / githubweb)
